El tiempo promedio estimado es de 4 a 6 meses.

¿Qué pasa si mi solicitud es rechazada?
Si tu solicitud es rechazada, analizaremos las razones del rechazo y te asesoraremos
para hacer los ajustes necesarios o elegir un nuevo nombre viable para continuar con

¿El registro de mi marca tiene validez internacional?
El registro de marca en México te protege únicamente en territorio mexicano. Sin
embargo, si necesitas proteger tu marca en otros paÃses, te asesoraremos sobre el
Protocolo de Madrid y las opciones para registrar tu marca internacionalmente.
¿Cuánto dura la protección de mi marca?
La protección de tu marca dura 10 años a partir de la fecha de concesión del registro,
con opción de renovarla indefinidamente cada 10 años.
¿Puedo registrar una marca si ya está siendo utilizada por otra persona?
No. Si una marca similar ya está registrada en el mismo sector de productos o
servicios, no se puede registrar. Por ello hacemos un análisis previo de viabilidad para
evitar estos conflictos.
¿Qué puedo hacer si alguien está usando mi marca sin permiso?
Si alguien usa tu marca registrada sin autorización, puedes tomar acciones legales. Te
